Book Cover, Tara Swart, The Source

This book combines the science and the woo woo around manifestation.  It makes something that can be intangible to some, very tangible.  Further illustrating how our thoughts determine our lives and that by training our brain, and rewriting old pathways we can achieve all that have been wanting to. 

The 5 love languages, Gary Chapman

I can't say enough how essential this book is.  Not just in romantic relationships, all relationships. It helps you recognize that its not just about how you want to be loved but recognizing how the other person gives and receives love too.  Using this knowledge to know how to best show your love and receive love.

The Gifts of imperfection, Brene Brown

Brene Brown is truly a gift.  Her deep dive into the things that no one wants to talk about like shame and vulnerability has opened my eyes on how to live wholeheartedly. 

Super attractor, Gabby Bernstein

Love listening to Gabby.  She is so committed to her purpose of guiding us along our journeys.  This book helps on how you view the universe and how you can work together with it to achieve your goals.

Think Like  Monk, Jay Shetty

I love to follow, listen to and read Jay's content.  He has such a great way of presenting his knowledge in a way that is relatable and impactful.  His background of being a monk creates for a wonderful perspective on living a more purposeful life.

You are a badass, Jen Sincero

I mean the title is probably what got me.  Who doesn't want to reaffirm that they are a badass.  She talks first about why you are how you are.  Self reflection is the tough part of the beginning part of change.  She is entertaining and approachable in her advise.

Atlas of the heart, Brene Brown

The nerd in me loves this book.  Who wouldn't love a book that goes in depth on 87 different emotions so you could understand them better and be able to create more meaningful connections in your life.

I'm Done - Lucy Shahjahan

This book was essential to a major shift for me.  It wasn't anything that I hadn't learned before but somehow it all clicked with this book.  

The Law of Attraction, Ester & Jerry Hicks

This IS the bible of the Law of Attraction.  I learned so much about how they learned of it, how to apply it and also the Science of Deliberate Creation.  A must read for the foundations of the Law of Attraction.

Burning Bright, Kelsye Patel

This book has so many great practices and rituals to help you truly live an authentic life that's full of harmony, purpose, and joy.

Girl Wash Your Face

I'm not really sure how I found this book.  It was an easy read and  I enjoyed the approach of attacking the lies that we tell ourselves with honesty and humor.  Another girl power success.

This was created by a good friend of mine and life coach.  She has created a wonderful guided way to journaling that puts manifesting your dreams within reach.

Atomic Habits, James Clear

I can't wait to make the time to start this book.  Building strong habits is a major part of achieving your goals in life.  I am excited to apply this to my future clients and what they want to achieve.

Think Again, Adam Grant

It says it all in the title, "The power of knowing what you don't know."  This book is about the ability to rethink and unlearn.  That feels like another way of saying, adopting another perspective.  A powerful tool.  Can't wait to read this book.

You, Happier, Daniel Amen

I am currently reading this book.  I love the idea of approachable science behind how we work and what we can to be better.  This comes from a renowned psychologist that specializes on the brain too.  

Mindset, Carol S. Dweck

This is about the power of mindset and how beneficial a growth mindset is over a fixed mindset.  How everyone can use this in every aspect of their lives.

Be A Triangle, Lilly Singh

I listened to this author on a podcast and really enjoyed her fun nature, different back ground and girl power vibe.

Big Friendship

I think that creating worth while friendships is a life long struggle and who doesn't want to learn about another big friendship and how they make it work.

Life Force, Tony Robbins

Have you ever listened to Tony Robbins?  He is a life force in amongst himself.  This book talks about health technology to help you live better and longer.  So another approachable science book to improve yourself.

The High 5 Habit, Mel Robbins

I follow her on social media and she is very inspiring.  She has a podcast that I'm going to start listening to.  I love the idea of a simple habit that can change your life.

You can heal your life, Louise Hay

This book demonstrates the power of affirmations to bring about positive change.  Including the author healing herself after being diagnosed with cancer.  

Every day a million miracles begin at sunrise.
